Geen & Richards

I am very angry with the employee (Manager) of geen&Richards cape gate. The lady to my face and told me that their leather has a life time guarantee and that it should not change colour at any point in time and if that happens then they have no choice but to replace it. When I payed off the R45 000 that they were asking fot the lounge suit the story changed I was told that there is only a 1 year guarantee and they refuse to give me my R45000 back the lounge has not been used it is in my garrage still rapped I dont want it I want my monye back Please help.
