Non of the stores want to order an item

I am urgently looking to a ride-on for a birthday gift. I have phoned all the stores in Pretoria and went to the one in Atterbury. Nobody wants so order the item for me even though I am looking at buying two. I do understand that it is currently winter and that the stock won't sell when they stock it during the winter, but surely when a customer request to buy some they can order it in. All the stores say is sorry we will only order from 1 Sept and I need it by 17 Aug so what is a couple of days but no they don't want to order it.

Sello at the Centurion branch is really trying to help me so credit where it is due! He is phoning all the branches and giving me the codes so I can try and buy it from an overseas company if I get it but cannot find it.

Please can someone from Head Office assist me?
