Just can't get good service anywhere anymore

Woolworths, I have called and changed my cellphone number with more than 5 people and it has not been done. Now every time I call all the numbers recommended to me, I'm either cut off or fobbed off to someone else only to get the same treatment where I've ended up. It's the most awful experience phoning your call centers because the operators in your employ actually hate their jobs and can't wait to get rid of the caller on the other side. I am a gold credit card holder and a store card account holder, look up my details, I should be a valued customer I deserve better than this, I'm paying management fees, services fees and just about all sorts of fees which is not justified by the service I am getting! I just want my new number to reflect. Do you not need to be able verify me and identify me as far as the FICA legislation goes!! I am angry that my woolies vouchers just stopped suddenly only to be told that I now need to log on to wrewards, so I do that but the pin keeps on going to my old cellphone number which I've changed on more than one occasion. This is incredibly bad service!!
