I am not one to usually complain about service, because I myself work in a Client Services environment. I understand the frustrations one is faced with on a daily basis. I went to Edgar's at Canal Walk, and found a pair of takkies that I liked, I asked for assistance as there was only 1 takkie and they needed to get the other foot for me. I waited for about 5min. While waiting I spotted another 2 pairs that I wanted to buy but yet again there was only 1 foot. When the shop assistant came back with the 1st pair i was quite happy and I then asked for the other 2 that i had found, after 20minuntes he tells me he cant find it. It was the last pair and they were sale items and I really wanted it. I then went to pay for the complete pair that i had only to be told that i had to go and stand in another queue because there was no tag on the takkies. What the man.. I had used an hour of my lunch time to waste it on waiting around for service. That is disgusting!!! Since when is it the clients duty to look for stock that should be on its place!!!
