NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Went to Game yesterday to get 2nd contract, waited for an hour with no help.1 lady to service all customers. Called manager - Mark Giddins, not interested at all. Instead I was told to go away & come back after another 30minutes. I literally spent 2hours 30min for a 5min deal.

Poor customer service at it best. I'll never set my foot in that store again.

If the Sales Manager doesnt see a need to assist customers, clearly they dont want my money.
