I purchased an item from Woolworth's and returned the item as it did not fit me properly. I went to the customer services desk and requested a refund. The lady behind the counter said she couldn't give me a refund as her till was empty. And then she further more advised me to take a walk round the shopping centre and come back. I said no and that she would need to sort this matter out. She just stood there staring at me as if this was now my problem. After about 10minutes the supervisor came out and simply went to the till next to hers and gave me my refund! Now why couldn't she just do that from the beginning instead of telling me what to do and wasting my time. I'm sick and tired of company staff passing the buck and making it the customers problem. What happened to good customer service?
