I want to settle a balance of R58.43 and I have made phone calls to more than double that amount trying to resolve this issue. Leonard insists that I cannot make payment as there is a certain procedure to follow, when Fadwa, Thabiso and Vuyo have all confirmed that I can make payment (when I called in last month). When requesting to speak to his manager I was given the age old excuse that he is in a meeting. I left a message for him to call me back and asked that a senior person get back to me within an hour. That was 11h39 yesterday, nearly 24hrs later no one has returned my call. So it will cost me some more money on phoning in when all I want to do is pay an measly amount of R58.43??? No service, no return on calls and an agent with attitude? Extremely poor for a brand that wants to represent quality... I think NOT.
