Top of the range imported lounge suite purchased in 2011 and just before expiry of warranty the chair and one couch were returned for re-upholstery. After a few months I was not happy and complained once again. This time (after warranty period) UFO re-upholstered the chair and both couches. A job very well done to entire family. Well done UFO. The Snyman family.
