No promo received

I have sms'd the code for the OMO promotion currently on all 2kg packs. Previously when I entered, I didn't actually retrieve my "prize" as I tried phoning to change the date and no one picked up; prompted me to leave a message but no one returned my call.
I entered again on Saturday, received a message that someone will contact me in 48hrs, and it is now 96hrs later. Is this promotion only a marketing scheme to get people to purchase your product under false pretence?!
