Inadequate Response

I would like to refer to my complaint dated 15 July with the headline "Misleading Advertising Practises" in which I outlined events that still make my stomach turn every time I pass your store.
I was led to believe that someone would contact me and make amends for this very unpleasant and distasteful experience. To date nobody has contacted me for the photographs I took at the time of the incident. Failure on the part of management to comment or explain the events as I described, leads me to believe they have something to hide or nothing to say for their pathetic attitude and their misleading and unethical pratises towards their clientele. I will no longer be supporting the Checkers Liquor Store or the Supermarket Chain for that matter.
