My car was 4 months ago and recovered 3 days later. The interior was damaged and subsequently repaired by a BMW approved repairer. When I wanted to trade the car in last week at BMW they told me that they are not interested in my car. The reason given was that there is a comment on my motor plan stating that the car was. How can BMW refuse to do business with me, this is my third BMW and they inspected the car and was satisfied that it was repaired according to their requirements.

I am going to make sure all my colleges, friends and family as well as the papers get to hear about this. For the record, I have personally recommended 5 friends, 4 family members and 3 colleagues. If this is BMW's attitude they can write off future business.

ps It's not that the car was written off, it was only interior covers and panels???
