Poor Service, Item removed from watch

29 Jul 12 I took my watch for a battery replacement. I was advised that a casing ring was missing. This was not possible as the watch was fully functional and never repaired. 30 Jul 12 I explained the situation whereby David advised me he would provide casing ring. I phoned many times month after month and physically went in as know one ever called. 25 Nov 12 I took the watch back to the shop as requested by David. Dec I went back and was informed the watch was still not repaired. David admitted to George he never contacted the supplier. I returned on 19th Jan after I spoke to Nthabiseng on 12 Jan, she informed me that all spares arrive on Wednesdays. I told her I will collect the Saturday and requested her to call me on Friday to confirm, no call I will collect. 19 Jan I was informed the supplier is waiting for spares to arrive in Feb and could not confirm if the casing will be available. I explained the issue to the owner of which he was not much interested in himself and displayed a level of arrogance. Asking me questions, but not allowing me to explain my problem or answering anything. The story here is David my casing ring and WTM Sandton don't know of customer service.
