RIP OFF, EXCHANGE POLICY: No cash refund

I bought a car MP3 player on 27 july, it takes forever to load & plays a song for 26 seconds & stops, then hangs, I tried a 2gb memory stick & a sd card, even a different car, & the same problems still occurs, when I bought it they indicated that it can play a 4gb memory stick now they say if there are too many songs on it, It will take long to load, this cannot be true bcos the one I got from game plays immediately, they wanted to give another which they say will do the same so didn't want it, the manager refused to give me my money back, due to their exchange policy bcos the item its not faulty, if they are aware of alI these limitations why was I not advised as such when I bought the mp3, I requested a copy of the exchange policy, since its not even displayed anywhere in the shop & they could not even show it to me. I was given a credit note & there is nothing I want in that shop, I want my R229 back, this a rip off, I wonder if they are experts to say there is no factory fault, & why would want to be stuck with something that will take 10min hanging before playing the song again, there is no value for money on the items there
