Worst service if Vryheid

I would like to mention - we have 4 grocery stores in Vryheid - Pick 'n Pay, Checkers, Shop write and Spar. Checkers provides by far the worst service of them all. Even thought they have the most tills - it never happens that all the tills are manned. Only a few tills are used the others collect dust. I see they are now even reducing there amount of tills. Today was the last straw. We bought our Sunday ice cream there. When we opened the ice cream we found the cream on top with ice at the bottom - the cream was hard like rubber. The ice cream must have been outside a freezer - it melted completely at one stage. They just put it back into the freezer and hoped for the best. Many people stay on farms here. I think they rely on that. I can assure you I am going to convince my wife to pay the R1 more at Pick 'n Pay for quality. Their tills are always 100 % manned. They aim to please. Personally I think trolley for trolley they are not more expensive. I must just convince my wife and Checkers won't see me for dust. Thank you.
