Service with a smile DOES exist

I've shopped consistently at this specific Pick 'n Pay outlet, and although there are many things bad about it, it is good to acknowledge the good. Much commendation goes to Miriam (Employee nr:270655) at the parcel counter. She always says thank you to ME, when i should thank her for her good service. Then there's Princess P (473449) at the Deli counter who always greets me with a smile and apologises if she's taken too long to serve me. Such service is MUCH appreciated. It makes the trip to the store all worth it. Keep it up ladies!
