Paying for goods that's still not delivered

Went for a account sale, forced to take delivery that I could have done myself. Waited a week for delivery. Went in to cancel the contract, after a month the first item was delivered of 2. After 2 month of deducting premiums still have not received item 2. When query, no feedback whatsoever. Would rather sit on phones the hole day. Manager never available. Kriel branch can close!!! Worth nothing!!!
