Bad, Disgusting Service

Yesterday 25/07/2013 i went to buy a packet of Clicks nappies in Van Buuren then when i got there, I didnt get size 5 so i got in my car drived to East Gate Clicks, got the size i was happy got to the que, while queing the machine read counter 13 was available. I got there the guy Thabo was about to scan the packet, he dropped it and followed a lady and left me hanging there... I have never ever in my life!!! bear in mind the que was long, i stepped to the next counter and asked the gentlemen of a supervisor and he showed me a lady next to him and when i got there she was rude and spoke me in an African language yes I am but i grew up in the U.K so i thought business language was english in south Africa. I vented out my frustration this is ReallllYYYY Bad I will never go to any clicks in my life!!! I trusted and i loved clicks and after what happen, it is a bad experience and i will never ever go there...
