Ok, so we all make mistakes sometimes, but it's how we react or rather rectify them is what really counts.
I placed an order on the Nomu online shop. When I received my delivery only half the goodies I ordered and paid for was in the box. I then sent them an email expressing my displeasure.
Stamatia replied to my mail asking for the details and got on to fixing the problem immediately. A mere few hours later, she hand delivered my FULL order with a hand written note apologising for the mishap.
Human's make mistakes and that's ok, but we also have the power to fix it.
Thanks to Stamatia and the Nomu team for making me one very happy customer.
I look forward to my next shop!
