Fantastic service and went beyond call of duty

I was looking for some tshirts and called the customer care call centre and met a gentleman Mohammed who was fantastic. He called several stores and called me back with an update. He was professional and courteous. Fantastic customer service and he spoke like my request mattered. I didnt get the tshirts eventually but my hope was restored in the existence of excellent customer service. Good job and i hope as a company you realise what an asset he is.
