Accusation of

Yesterday, 24th August, I went to Southern Centre and whilst I was there I saw Ladies Cardigans on sale at Pick 'n Pay and decided to buy two for my wife. When I went to the cashier, Marcia Gathree, I was asked if I wanted a "Plastic", I said no thank you and she neglected to remove the P'nP coathangers. I paid for them and proceeded to leave the mall. Outside a store called Contempo I was stopped by a G4 security guard and asked to go to the security area as it looked as if I had not paid for the goods. I asked for the manager who I believe is Louw Heidenberg to come to the security area He did not arrive and a man whose name is Arthur dealt with me. I have never a thing in my life and to be accused in public was most distressing and embarrasing. I demand an apology. I have trained staff for major commercial companies and this is not good customer service. I have shopped at that store since I came to Bloemfontein in 1987 and have never been so disgusted and embarrassed with this of service.
