Eturning an off item

Today i sent a lady to go buy me lunch. she went to spar and bought a grilled pork piece for me. when i was preaparing to have a bite a foul smell came from the pack. i then requested the same lady to return it. when she was there she was refered to the deli supervisor, she says her name is SQAM refering to how she was called to come through
my complaint is about the attitude she had. she asked the lady if she is returning this pork what is she gonna take. she replied that she will have a packet of fried gizzards. to her shock 'SQAM" asked her that if she taking gizzard by the time she gets to me will they be fresh
i dont think it was for her to ask that as she is the one who put out foul smelling meat in the first place.
