Displaying a special pamflet on table but not available on request. Manager not helpfull at all. Says it is a head office problem. Normally when you advertise a special and not state when it's valid for, you would assume anytime anyday... especially when the pamphlet says everyday special... maybe next time when you want to advertise a lunch special, put it on the pamphlet stating "LUNCH SPECIAL" not "EVERYDAY SPECIAL"!!!
