Idiocy

Got phone by Mr Price account department to be told I am R2.95 in arrears, and threatened that it could be handed over. I have had this account for years and normally pay in even more than the minimum amount and end of June (for some reason) did not make payment of R135.00
Now to receive threats per sms i can understand... the computer does not read and is not able to discriminate. but to then be phoned and threatened in person and to be demanded that i HAVE to state that I will be making payment at the end of this month of R135.00 is really idiotic.
what incredible gall!! and what a bad feeling this gives.
