Wrong colour, again

I ordered the goods online, a perfume and a bag. Somebody phoned me telling me that they couldnt see what type of goods I wanted so I told them over the phone.after a few days a bag was delivered to me from Richards bay branch, it was a wrong colour bag so I returned it with the delivery guy, few days later I received another delivery, of which they are charging me another delivery fee, this was from gateway branch, it was a men's perfume but I specifically ordered a perfume in pink container, I didnt return that one since I saw that I wasnt credited even for that first return! I emailed to services department asking why my account was not credited because I returned the bag. I phoned the phone number for fashion delivery, the guyu just kept me holding for a long time and couldnt help me anyway, he sounded clueless. A week later I received a reply from services telling me that they are looking into my query. Today I received the very same bag I had returned. Why didnt anyone phone me to find out why I returned the bag. As I said in my email, Im very disappointed in your service, truworths.
