The worst manager I have met in all my experience

I bought a pair of Redbat Broque shoes on 07/07/2013 and they were supposed to have been on sale for R249.00 and as the shop was just about to close @ 13:44 i didnt check that i had actually been charged R449.00 instead of the price I had seen. Long story short I realised the billing error and returned the shoes to the store on the 17th. On my arrival I went to the Cashier who had rang out the transaction by the name of Patience who gave me attitude of note, she told me that it wasnt her fault it was a system error and if I wanted the shoes @ R249 then she wanst getting involved, threw her hands in the air and walked away, to add insult to injury the manager came and tried giving me a run down story about how the Red stiker wasnt placed on the box so the shoes couldnt have been on sale, after a lenghthy argument he spun the story that because the shoes were and odd pair they cudnt give them to me but wud order me the right size which i accepted. Paul called me yesterday to tell me my shoes have arrived but when i collected them today i realised the pair is oddly mathced again... I am genuinely exasperated, I am a paying client and service isnt a favor!!! they should all be FIRED!
