No 1 is assisting me

To whom it may concern

I have account with Foschini, it was handed over to HTNAttorneys due to my financial problems, I negotiated with HTNAttorneys to pay on instalments, I first paid R2000.00 on March 2013 and I also paid R650.00 on 12 April 2013 and I was told that the money is not reflecting and I always fax when they need proof. I called Foschini and call centre agent told me that there is nothing that they can do and at HTNAttorneys I was told to wait until today im still charged high interest and no 1 is willing to help me.
