Caeserstone not delivered

I paid Granite City upfront and in full. I asked them when they would be ready to install. they told me a date and then they didn't turn up. After calling and calling they gave me another time. They stood me up three times and eventually I went down to their warehouse and they said they were loading the granite. they came with one out of the four pieces.

the pieces were cut skew, some were chipped, there were joins in the wrong place and poorly done. it's been over a month and the stone is still not complete. They still say they are coming to finish installing and they don't. without any explanation or apology. You have to beg the owner to come down and evaluate the workmanship- and it takes him ages to come down and again they stand up appointments without an explanation.

today we phoned and they indicated they would be here by 10am. at 3pm they still weren't here so we phoned and they said they were loading the stone and would be there within half an hour. at 20:40 this evening we are still wairing for them to turn up- again with no explanation
