Sambo Granite sold me fake caesor tone kitchen top

I requested Caesar stone worktops for my kitchen. Sambo granite installed a very inferior fake top that leaves marks and looks terrible. They have been back to try and fix the job on 3 Occasions and its still in a mess. All the corners are skew so the cant properly fit my glass splash backs.

The developer has now stopped working with them and when i phoned them again i got shouted at by a very rude Mr Rasool Sambo saying that he refused to come and repair the fake tops and slammed the phone down on me.
