Deformation of Characte

On Sunday 30th June we went to perform our usual monthly shopping at Checkers Hyper Constantia. I purchased my 1 year 6 months old son's monthly goodies with a bike of R179.99. On our way out a security guard approached us confirming that we purchased the bike my son was riding on. As we left the strore in the parking another set of security guards approached us in front of many other shoppers saying that they got a report of the bike being. Just the way they approached us and what was said left me in a situation where shoppers looked at us like. I took this matter up with the manager that day and all he could say was sorry. I then had many calls after I laid a formal complaint to head office and all they can say as far as 10 minutes ago from Dean is they are sorry and they can't turn back the hands of time. My question is how many customers gets victomised from such a big company and all they can say is sorry? Sorry for deformating my character? Sorry for calling me indirectly a thieve after I am spending my hard earned money at Checker? Out of all the customers buying i was the only one that was approached for a slip without them 1st checking with the cashier.
