Lost cellphone

On the 18 July 2013, went to Pep for refund on school shoes. Shop was closed however the security let me in. I was the only customer in the shop. It happend that I forgot my cellphone in the shop, i only realised this when i got home. I contacted the shop immediatly but there was no answer. Called my phone it rang twice the person who took the phone decided to switch it OFF.The next morning i contacted them again, I then spoke to the Store Manager (Cynthia Baloyi) and explained to her what happend. She responded that there was no Cellphone found in the shop. I requested to view footage and was told that there is no surveilance in the shop. Went there personally and got a very very bad attitude from CYNTHIA BALOYI who told me that she did me a favour by giving me a REFUND on the shoes. I requested again from Cynthia to view the footage and was told i should contact HEAD OFFICE there is nothing that she can do.
