I contacted Bidvest Bakery Solutions to order some ingredients, ect for my new business. I requested the final quotation on 16 July, I then asked if they do deliver. I received an answer back that they do deliver at no extra cost. They supplied me with the final quote still with no mention of my company name on the document. I manually updated the quote with my detail and signed it stating on the page that I need an invoice made out to my company and noted that it must be delivered. This was send on 17 July.By 19 July I didn't receive anything and asked again for the invoice so that I can do the EFT. The same day I got a short email stating that the banking details is on the quote and I must pay accordingly that I did, I also asked when it will be delivered. Also asking again for the invoice. No answer back or no mail stating that my order is confirmed. This morning I again send the mail from the 19th asking feedback. Reply I got: Good day, As you do not have an account with us you will have to collect this stock. We deliver only if you have an account with us. So how do I open an account - no answer. So now my husband is on his way to collect...
