No after sales service

I bought a ring in December. The gold is off after 6 months. I went to the branch and they refuse to replace or fix my ring because it is gold plated. I was not informed that was plated gold and believe that plated gold is not suppose to go off in 6 months. It was not a cheap ring and would expect a better service. This was really a big disappointment and not worth the money. It is now a very ugly ring.
