Bad service

We bought a sansui life pad 8" last year. Whe we bought it we took out a extended gerentee. Sins buying it we have had to have it replaced 3 times already witch it totally un exceptional. We got told on more than one that with out gerentee if the store does not have stock the item will be upgraded to the next available item. But apparently these people tell you a different story every time yiu come with a complaint. Niw I am forced to wait AGAIN.

Why talk you into taking out extended gerentees with. Tel the truth or do what you sY. Thus will be the last itsm I ever buy hers. These people ars flipen skelms!!!
