Nigel Meyer: Actually working for BMS within the Hyper have really gone out of his way today to provide me with excellent service. During the week, we came across "Grant's Combo Dog Set", but unfortunately Hyper Brackenfell did not stock the medium. He went out of his way by looking up on the system and various outlets as well as the Service Provider themselves. Although the product has discontinued, I am please that he called me back to inform me the progress and well and the end result. Thanks for making my day pleasant!!!
