NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE

I have been calling Game N1 City all morning, 8 times now to be exact and the phone rings until it eventually cuts off (at 3min 10sec) without being answered. How can a store with so many staff not have anyone available to answer a phone.

I am calling to follow up on a repair of a camera which i was promised would not take longer than 4 weeks, it is now 4 weeks and zero feedback.

Pathetic service.
