No Empathy!!!

I visited the store in december 2012 and was promised a call back regarding a bookshelf.visited often again and there wasn't that particular colour (red) mon sunday 14 july 2013, I found that exact bookshelf and paid a deposit towards my order.was told it takes 2weeks.got called on monday and was told company out of stock and I will get my order in september!!! I asked the manager to please reduce the display item price as I will buy that.he did by a measly R300!!! the display item is damaged and the manager cannot be concerned!!! I am disgusted that due to his staff lack of competency, my happiness is being compromised! plus I incurred travel costs and telephone fees! sad mr price lost a long term customer.they don't care!
