Can you please update the credit bureau as it is showing that i owe you R289.00 which is not true. I paid R211.00 on time and since i dont get statements from you on time and with the postal strike that is what i assumed i must pay. Your call centre staff called me about this and i explained it to them, and they said i must pay R44.00 which i did and i told them it was going to be an EFT, so i dont see how it is my fault that i dont get statements on time and i must be responsible for the Postal workers strike.
