SUPER SPAR NEWTON PARK, SUPER BAD SERVICE

Bought meat from Newton Park Super Spar - their AAA grade meat on special only to find that the lamb pack bought consisted of 90% fat, humiliated in front of our guests, the junior T-bone steaks were so tough not even our dogs wanted to eat it. Phoned the butcher regarding the lamb pack and he said "there is nothing he can do, he needs the meat." Explained to him that we had guests and how do you tell your guests "sorry, you cant eat cause the butcher might say i want my meat back? " When we took the junior T-bone steaks back to him, he arrogantly told us that he has only had 3 complaints and the meat was imported from Botswana. He's whole attitude in handling the situation was very disturbing. I work with clients everyday and would NEVER treat my clients in that manner. He just refused any assistance and I would never buy from Newton Park Super Spar again. You save your money for monthly specials only to find that you have wasted your hard earned money on useless products. I will advice every person in Port Elizabeth NOT to buy from Newton Park Super Spar, not only because their products are not edible, but when you have a complaint you get treated like a criminal.
