Great service received following an enquiry

My son's Bronx school shoes (manufactured by Jordan) have stood up remarkably well, considering the way he treats them. Sadly, though, not so the laces, which have all but disintegrated.

Having spent a frustrating couple of weeks trying to locate appropriate shoelaces in all the usual retail outlets, shoe shops, shoe repair stores, etc, I e-mailed Jordan shoes off the interactive response form on their website, with very little expectation.

My query was almost immediately responded to, by Faith Arendse, with an undertaking to provide the required shoelaces for collection at their reception, at no charge.

Not only was I amazed at this great customer service, but my appreciation was further compounded when I collected the laces and discovered that they had provided several pairs, not only for my son's school shoes, but others that I had mentioned that I was also seeking.

Way to go, Jordan. Great South African company, showing us all how it should be done.
