Bedroom suite broken

I bought the bedroom suite in December 2011 and during October 2012 the dressing table broken i reported in October to Peter and nothing happen and I call again during November to The store manager Martie still nothing happen and I call head office spoke to Bertie still not and during January 2013 i call the call centre they give me referance number 559824 still nothing happen no one call me and I finish pay the bedroom suite already and if I'm still owing them they will call me.
