Poor Customer Service

I bought a pine-ware frying pan which was on special @ R220.00 and only to find out at home that i was charged R280.00 for it. When we went to the store there was no price at the shelf and the cashier confirmed that it is on special. I call the customer care and they were so rude. Last Saturday i went there and was attended by Rose does not have a clear understanding of customer customer and was later attended by her crew who ganged upon me. If their cashier are not properly trained that is not my fault that they mislead customers.
