RUDE: Unprofessional

On the 28 June 2013 around 6pm I bought some lucozade and Dettol which was with a big Special price R29.99. When paying by the till the price was R47.00 and I asked the cashier she called a supervisor who alleges it was not on special it must be there mistakenly. I requested to see the manager who never came but a front controller rude lady by the name tag Thobile Ngcobo rudely burst and raised the voice and told me Its a mechandiser fault. I stood there and insist I wanted the manager who naever came when I asked about the packaging plocy she took the dettol and came back changing the Price to 29.99. Worst whithin what I bought was a madeira loaf which was raw! I had to drive back the next day to return that dough to the rude PERSONNEL store which does not have a customer care counter returns done whilst you stand. This is worst than other checkers they should just train staff and manage their packaging.
