Incompetance

My name if Fosi Mokoele, i called the Jet airtime line (0860332244) at 11:00 17/07/13, i spoke to Tebogo. Who sounded very tired, gave him my cell number and fax number and promised a call back before 12:00. I have not received a call nor a fax.

At 14:00 i called again and was put on hold for over 10 min and eventually tranfared to another consultant who did no what what i wanted and told me about the 48 hour turn around time. The lady i spoke to gave me a very bad attitude.
