On 14 February 2013 i went to Bradlows to buy a lounge suits of R22 000.00 and it was delivered 2 weeks later as they were experiancing transport problems. I realiesed the factory fold on 1 of the three pieces i went to report the matter at Bradlows in the middle of March and they promissed to replace it. I went again at the begining of April as they did not fulfil their promis and they kept on saying they will come they were waiting for the other customer who had the same problem they can then solve the two together. i went again at the begining of May and Mr. Maebana wrote on a piece of paper and said he is faxing it to the head-office. We had to go again on June and they said they are bussy moving their stock from the warehouse and we will be helped very soon. We went again on the 02 July and Maebana was not at the Shoop and and said he will be at the Shop the following day for the whole day. On the 03 of July we went again and he was not in the shop, the guy who attended us promissed to come and replace it on the 04th of July. I want them to come with the new one and replace their damaged one. Or they must come and collect all three piece and bring my money. i am tired of them.
