Very slow service

I went to buy something afetr 16h00 thinking that its quite and service will be good its a huge store but they only put one cashier and there were a lot of people cueing after work, they seem to have enough staff but for some reason they were busy with other things in the store except helping people it seems to be the culture of there as i went the second day the same thing happend very slow service staff walking and packing instead of helping again only one or occasioally two were in tellers this has frustated those of us who had to wait long and still rush for tranport to home.
