Unable to open Jive cooldrink

Yesterday i bought a 2l Jive cooldrink, seeing that it is Ramadaan and its so lovely to quench my thirst with a glass of cooldrink i was so upset when i could not open the cooldrink, i tried to cut the seal off which didnt help i tried calling in help from the strong men in my family still could not assist so i had to settle with some water :(
