Something not right with cooldrink

Yesterday (24/03/2013) I have made a bottle of Tang Mango which I bought at Spar Hartenbos and found some of the powder not dissolved in the water and became slimy lumps inside my cooldrink. Can you please explain to me what is wrong with it as the Best Before date is Oct. 2013
