POOR QUALITY POOR SERVICE

Bought two couches from Coricraft in Menlyn 6 months ago. The centre section of the one couch is collapsing, clearly between the armrests it is almost touching the floor. On the other couch, the feet at the bottom are being pushed into the frame, so that the body of the couch is touching the floor. Phoned the call centre to report the problem. They promised to send out out an assessor on the 11th of January. When he didn't pitch I phoned again and was told they had taken down my number incorrectly and would send someone on the 21st of January. That didn't happen either. Not only am I shocked and disappointed at the quality of the goods, having bought several times from them before, but their attitude towards customer service is appalling.
