Money Mareket A absolute Rubbish Service

On the 31 December i went to do a money market transfer to deposit money for my cousin who has no bank account so he uses his ID to take out money so i obtained the m numbers and pin for him to take out the money . when i tried phoning him his phone was off so he responded that he was fine he didn't need it anymore so i automatically thought i would go to the shoprite in berea durban to get my refund it was a week after i deposited and i had forget tin my pin that i put initially to my surprise i was treated like a criminal and a artist they requested an affidavit and a stamped copy of my banking details which i really found irrelevant to make thins worse i was informed of the heavy back log that could take 72 hours to obtain a pin num and its been nearly 2 WEEKS no numbers... worse of all i was given the worst experience by Savera the admin manager basically informing me its my fault for loosing the numbers the cape town market was even worse lying to me just to get off the phone informing me that the hold up is from the store... Iam currently speaking to people regards to law suites cause i honestly feal this is not a funney matter for a lowsy R200 .
