Failing to attend to a customer seeking assistance

I went to the Newcastle Mall today to purchase my Estee Lauder foundation. I was looking to change from the current one to one with a different coverage. Having a previous problem with the same consultant regarding my colour being out of stock and her not making an effort to get me the product, I went back hoping that the previous complaint maybe led to her going the extra mile in the future. She was busy attending to a customer making a purchase and attended to me briefly asking if I do not use the other foundation. I then informed her that I'm looking to change it. Her reply was "oh". She continued her transaction and left me standing, not even asking another staff member to assist me. Another staff member by the name of Andrew (knowing nothing about the product) came to assist me. After matching my own colour I asked him if they don't have more stock as the colour was not on the shelf. He asked the consultant and her reply was "if its not there it must be out of stock". She then disappeared and left me and Andrew to search drawers for testers to test other colours and with his assistance I found a colour. UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUR FROM THE CONSULTANT. TERRIBLE SERVICE ONCE AGAIN!!!
